Shopping online prior to your arrival in Miami? We may be able to help you. Just read our helpful guideline below about storing your online shopping. We will be glad to try to accommodate your shopping goods, but we just have a few limitations. 

Package Storing Policies (Spanish, Portuguese, English):

SPANISH - ? Compras en línea ? Como recibir y almacenar sus órdene - Gracias por elegirnos y con mucho gusto podemos aceptar y almacenar encomiendas antes de su fecha de llegada; pero debido al espacio limitado con el cual contamos, las siguientes condiciones aplican:

  • Podemos recibir y almacenar GRATIS hasta 3 paquetes/cajas, que no midan mas de 45 x 45 x 45 centimetros, hasta 3 dias antes de su llegada
  • Días adicionales o paquetes/cajas adicionales, seran cobrados a $5 USD por dia y por paquete/caja
  • Por favor informar al remitente que incluya su numero de confirmacion y nombre de la reserva para poder registrar la encomienda
  • Los paquetes/cajas solo podran ser recogidos en persona mostrando una identificacion valida. Paquetes que no sean recogidos antes de hacer el check-out seran devueltos a la compañía de origen
  • Debido a que contamos con un espacio limitado, las condiciones arriba mencionadas se aplica por reserva y no al numero de personas por reserva
  • ATENCIÓN > Los paquetes que se dejen sin reclamar se retendrán por un máximo de 60 días. Si se solicita antes, serán enviados a cargo del Propietario, si no se solicita o se solicita después de 60 días, los paquetes serán desechados y/o devueltos al remitente.

PORTUGUESE - Fazendo compras online? Podemos receber e guardar as suas encomendas - Temos o maior prazer em satisfazer ao seu pedido de aceitar e armazenar ao seus pacotes para a sua chegada. No entanto, devido ao nosso espaço de armazenamento limitado, recebemos pacotes seguindo as condições abaixo:

  • Recebemos e amarzenamos GRATIS até três (3) pacotes de medição não mais de 18 "x 18" x 18 "polegadas para até 3 (três) dias antes da data de sua chegada
  • Os dias em excesso ou excesso de volume / pacotes será cobrado USD $5 por pacote por dia
  • Por favor, informe ao remetente de incluir o seu número de confirmação no rótulo para fins de controle
  • Os pacotes só podem ser coletados em pessoa com documento de identificação válido. Todos os pacotes não recolhidos antes do seu check-out será devolvido ao remetente

ENGLISH - Shopping online prior to your arrival in Miami? We can receive and store your orders - We will be glad to accommodate your request of accepting and storing packages for your arrival. However, due to our limited storage space, we receive packages following the conditions below:

  • We receive up to three (3) packages measuring no more than 18" x 18" x 18" inches for up to three (3) days prior to your arrival date, FREE of charge
  • Any excess days or excess volume/packages will be charged at $5 per package per day
  • Please advise the sender to include your confirmation number on the label for tracking purposes
  • Packages may only be collected in person with valid ID. Any packages not collected prior to your check-out will be returned to sender
  • Due to limited space, the conditions above apply per reservation
  • ATTENTION - Packages left behind unclaimed will be held for a maximum of 60 days. If requested before that, they will be shipped at the Owner’s expense, if not requested or requested after 60 days, packages will be disposed and/or returned to the sender
  • For arrangements to send pallets or extremely large packages, please call the hotel directly at (305) 262-5400 or email reservations@hamptoninnmiamiairport.com

FAQ - Frequently Asked Questions - This little FAQ may be helpful:

1. Does the hotel offer free breakfast? What are the hours? Yes, we offer the free Hampton hot breakfast buffet from 6am to 10am every morning.
2. Does the hotel have an airport shuttle? What are the hours? Where do I locate it? Yes, we have a free shuttle to and from Miami International Airport - visit our SHUTTLE PAGE for additional information. Please call us at 305-262-5400 so we can alert the driver. 3. Do we have shuttle service to the Port of Miami, malls, casinos, or other area attractions? The hotel will gladly arrange your transportation to any area attractions. You may call us at 305-262-5400 for more specific information.
4. Will the hotel hold luggage and/or packages? If so, is there a fee? The hotel will gladly hold and accept luggage and packages. However, due to limited storage space, we have a policy in place. Please visit our Storage Page for the terms and conditions.
5. Does the hotel have a pool? Is it heated? What are the hours? We have an outdoor pool on the second floor that is not heated, so our guests have the opportunity to cool off from the Florida heat. Our Jacuzzi is heated to 104F. The pool deck hours are from 8am to 10pm.
6. Does the hotel offer free WiFi? Yes, we have free high speed WiFi available in all guest rooms and common areas.
7. Does the hotel have parking? Is it secure/gated? Can we leave vehicles long-term? The hotel offers parking during the nights of your stay (charges apply). Long-term parking may be offered with our Stay & Cruise package and our Park, Stay, & Go package, visit our Specials Page for all of our Packages & Specials. All parking is secure and gated with room key access only. 
8. Do the rooms have safes? Yes, all rooms have safes. We also have safes available at the Front Desk.
9. Do the rooms have a microwave/refrigerator? Our Standard rooms do not have either a microwave or refrigerator. The King Study rooms have a kitchenette with a sink, microwave, and mini-fridge. The Suites have a fully equipped kitchen with stovetop, refrigerator, microwave, and dishwasher.
10. What are the policies for cash check-in? Cash check-ins are required to pay the full amount of room and tax due at the time of check-in, plus an additional $50 deposit. This deposit is refundable during check-out, pending an inspection of the room for loss/damages.
