You might be asking yourself: How will I get around?
Thank you for choosing to stay with us at the Hampton Inn & Suites by Hilton Miami Airport / Blue Lagoon during your visit to Miami.
Our complimentary shuttle service to and from Miami International Airport runs every hour on the hour, starting at 5:00 AM and ending at 11:00 PM.
We are pleased to inform you that the renovations on the 1st level (Arrivals level) of Miami International Airport have been completed. Beginning January 27, 2026, all hotel shuttles have been moved back to the Arrivals level (1st level of the airport).
Once you exit the airport doors on the Arrivals level, please cross over toward the parking garage and proceed to the closest zone number. Our shuttle stops at the following zones: 3, 7, 15, 21, and 28.
Once you arrive at your designated zone, please call us at 305-262-5400 and let us know which zone you are waiting at. We will then inform our driver of your exact location. Courtesy phones are available inside the airport for your convenience.
Please note that there are several Hampton hotels with shuttles at the airport. To help you identify ours, look for the yellow "777" tag on the front of the shuttle as shown above.
You may have heard about Miami’s beautiful beaches and burgeoning arts and culture scenes.
When coming to Miami, you don't have to hop into a cab at the airport to get dropped off at our hotel. Enjoy our complimentary airport shuttle TO and FROM the Miami International Airport. (more information below)
So for our guests, new arrivals, and even some returning guests, here's a simple guide to the basics of getting around Miami. If you decide to explore Miami walking or biking, don't worry, we have all sort of public transportations, some paid and some free, all depends the neighborhood you are hading to. Just look for MetroRail (NorthSouth), Free Trollyes (local neighborhoods), and Free MetroMover (Brickell and Downtown). Perfect to navigate from neighborhood to neighborhood. If you are adventurours, you can always grab an one-person motorized e-scooters*, or electric mopeds on local neighborhoods. Keep in mind, there is always Uber and Lyft, just download their App to your phone, and you are all set!
Or, even better, you can always rent-a-car! When renting a car in Miami, a few things to bare in mind: arrangements with SunPass to pay tolls, parking is limited in some areas, but in most areas, parking is everywhere - you can either pay at the pay station or use the PayByPhone App.
