Base Rates are valid for up to 10 hours rental. Additional hours will be charged on a pro-rata basis. Half-day rates of 50% of the Base Rate, if available, are for up to 5 hours used either in the morning until 1 pm or in the afternoon until 6 pm. Group discounts are available as follows: For every 5 guestrooms used, the base rate will be reduced by 10% up to 100% discount for 50 guestrooms sold.
